- Eligible employees are enrolled after completing 3 months of service
- Participation begins the January 1 or July 1 following eligibility
- Employees must work at least 1,000 hours per year to receive an annual allocation
- Shares are allocated at no cost to you — the company funds your account
- Your account balance grows as the company's value increases
