Key Features & Vesting Schedule
Eligible employees are enrolled after completing 3 months of service Participation begins the January 1 or July 1 following eligibility Employees must work at least 1,000 hours per year to receive an annual allocation Shares are allocated at no cost to you — the company funds your account Your account balance grows as the company's value increases 📅 Vesting Schedule Years of Service Vested % Less than 2 years 0% 2 years 20% 3 years 40% 4 years 60% 5 years 80% 6+ years 100% * Service is credited from January 1, 2025 for vesting purposes.
