No Cost to You
The company contributes shares on your behalf at no cost to you, allowing you to build long-term retirement wealth as the business grows. There are no payroll deductions or out-of-pocket expenses — your ownership stake grows automatically.
Each year, shares are based on company performance, length of service and your compensation.
Colony Tire Corporation / Atlantic Tire Distributors is a 100% employee-owned company through our ESOP. This means that every eligible employee has a real ownership stake in the success of the business.

Eligible employees are enrolled after completing 3 months of service
Participation begins the January 1 or July 1 following eligibility
Employees must work at least 1,000 hours per year to receive an annual allocation
Shares are allocated at no cost to you — the company funds your account
Your account balance grows as the company’s value increases
